Free computer training program in 2003, 100 youths participated.
The Organisation organized a French training program to assist unemployed graduates to secure employment in April 2004.
The Organisation has also been involved in Awareness programs against HIV/AIDS as health is wealth. In 2005 it organized a rally in Abesan Estate where over 200 youths were in attendance to sensitize them on the epidemics.
In 2006 it organized another program tagged ‘what’s in Vogue on HIV/AIDS’ in Gowon Estate.
The organization has also partnered with faith based organizations like RCCG, Foursquare gospel church on HIV/AIDS awareness for teenagers in 2007.
Hats and beads, cake making/confectionery programs were done extensively for women in 2007/2008. Over 300 beneficiaries.
P.E.T(Personal Empowerment Training) for Public secondary school graduands to be empowered in different vocation skills acquisition(Barbing, Hairdressing, Cake making, Fashion Designing, Photography etc) commenced in September 2008 and is still on till date.
The organization under NNNGO (Nigeria network of Non Governmental organizations organized a Capacity Building Program on governance and dividends of democracy for CDAs(Community Developlment Associations) Chairmen , Youth leaders, Market women at Mosan Okunola LCDA in March 2009.
P.E.T (PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT TRAINING)
1) The P.E.T project is a recurrent vocational skill Acquisition program. The P.E.T project was initiated in September 2008 when the organization saw the need to bridge the gap for secondary school leavers who while awaiting admission into higher institutions engage in social vices like drug abuse, internet fraud, Prostitution etc
In 2008, 20 indigent students from 4 public schools in Alimosho (State high school, Abesan High school, Community high school, Ipaja and Alimosho Secondary school, in different vocations like Barbing, Hats & Beads, Cake making and confectionaries, photography Fashion Design, Interior Decoration, Hand made cards, Fabric and Flower Decoration etc They were placed under professionals in the various vocations.
2) H.E.L.P-(Hope Builders Entrepreneur & Leadership Programs). This is a series of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Capacity building lectures to assist the mindset and orientation of youths at the secondary school level to prepare them for future leadership positions and as entrepreneurs.
3) W.I.N (Women Intrapreneurship Network). This programme is put in place to organise women into networks which comprises of Multi-Level Marketing and Micro finance for SMEs (Small & Medium Scale Enterprise), Seminars and leadership programme for women in business
4) Building of Youth Vocational Training Centres in Rural Areas in Nigeria
