THE NEED: Our interactions over the years with students have revealed a mindset of apathy and disconnect with the culture of hard work. There is therefore the very urgent need to place before these leaders of tomorrow a compelling picture of an achievable future.

Hope Builders Skill Development & Acquisition Foundation

It is in response to finding a lasting solution to this evil that gave birth to Hope Builders Skill Development & Acquisition Foundation.
HOBSDAF is an indigenous non government, not for profit making organization that is into the empowerment of youths and women in our society.
The organization came into being when the Executive Director, Folayemisi Adu after her interaction with many unemployment and un-empowered women, realized that there were too many people in this category. It was in looking for ways to be of assistance that HOBSDAF was founded in January 2003.
The foundation was incorporated on 16th March, 2009. HOBSDAF at the moment has a 10 member Board of Trustee. The organization presently works in Alimosho LGA which is the biggest in Lagos State, Nigeria.

The mission of HOBSDAF is to empowerless privileged women and youths through entrepreneurial development, scholarship grants and micro credit schemes.
